Please be aware that the manual will change depending of the release date and the version.
To record "in-house" usage of items, check them out to the relevant "statistical" user.
For BHH - the statistical user is "INHS-BHH", BHH Inhouse User
For MH - the statistical user is "INHS-MH", MH Inhouse User.
These "statistical" users are a special type of patron category. Their only purpose is to record inhouse loans. They cannot be used to checkout items to a real person.

| Is there any way the 2 backup sites could look abit different from the originals, just so it's easier to recognise that that's the back-up site, especially when one (me) has a million tabs open? Like a different colour?, big heading text? just something obvious (at the top?) so one (me) is confident in the 1st sec that I'm in the right site instead of "oh god I better double-check!" and waste time! | JY |
