Round-Up for week beginning 7/9/20

Library Quiz

I am planning to release the Library Quiz this week. I am working on an item for EH Weekly, Workplace and to be included in Library notices.

Library Newsletter

To help promote the quiz I am working on the first issue of a library newsletter using MailChimp. I will send you a draft of this newsletter later today or early tomorrow for discussion at the library huddle.

I have successfully downloaded the borrower records for EH staff who have indicated they are willing to receive occasional e-mails from EHLS. I am working on uploading these records to MailChimp so that the newsletter can be distributed to those staff.

Ovid Search Builder

This tool is now available from the menu bar on Ovid databases as illustrated below.

eTG Complete - app renewal

Tokens for the eTG Complete app are now being provided by the Clinicians Health Channel instead of by EHLS. EH staff who are currently using the app will need to renew their subscription. They should receive an email explaining to them how to renew the app. Users will need to go to the following site to renew and obtain a new token: https://tgldcdp.tg.org.au.acs.hcn.com.au/renewTokenUserDetails?acc=36265  For staff who have not previously registered for a token, a form should be available on CHC from Tuesday 8/9 where staff can obtain a token to download the app.
